I have an class C RV that I wanted a rear view monitor installed in.I was set up with an installer that had never installed a monitor system in an RV.The installer took the challenge and successfully installed the monitor.Upon leaving the installer I discovered that the monitor was set to 'mirror image' and everything I viewed in the monitor was backwards.Very upsetting on the interstate.Got product info off of the internet for the item which let me to a switch on the silver box under the dash that put the image right.the installer forgot to give me the operator's manual, but found it and I picked it up later.After the installation the installer told me that the InstallCard was a good deal because he probably would have charged me double to do the job.That comment should be weighed on the fact that he started off not knowing what he was doing.All in all I am pleased with what I received.
