The instructions were simple, just find the receiver.My 1998 Corolla was underneath the driver's seat.Push the button and its synced.

The only catch is I had another factory remote and that one stopped working when I synced it up to this one.So I just had to re-sync it to the factory one and surprisingly they both work now!I'm very thankful of this keyless remote.I almost went to the dealership to re-order a replacement.
